Designed and authorized by tralux21, this Krämerbrücke building block set faithfully recreates the historic medieval Merchants’ Bridge in Erfurt, Germany. Spanning 79 meters, the bridge is lined on both sides with charming half-timbered houses, making it the longest inhabited bridge in Europe and one of Erfurt’s most famous landmarks. First recorded in 1117 as a wooden structure with bustling shops, the bridge was rebuilt in sandstone in 1325, and after a fire in 1472, it assumed the form it retains today. This building block model captures the historic architecture and vibrant street life of the Krämerbrücke, from the detailed timber frames to the narrow shop façades. The set includes 743 precision-molded pieces with smooth textures, accurate colors, and a perfect fit for a tight, stable assembly. A QR-code digital manual guides builders step by step, providing an engaging and educational experience that enhances hands-on skills, creativity, and focus. Perfect for architecture enthusiasts, European history collectors, and building block hobbyists, this medieval bridge replica is an ideal collectible display set or thoughtful gift. Contains small parts. Recommended for ages 16+; handle with care.
